Cost, Shipping and Payment Methods

We ship throughout Spain, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Our shipping costs are X per order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping area.

We ship via SEUR within 48 hours of receiving payment for the product. If for any unforeseen reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” or the order shall be deemed to have taken place or to have been “delivered” at the time of signing for receipt of the same at the agreed delivery address.

If you will not be at the place of delivery on the scheduled day, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.

You can pay with Visa, Master Card and your PayPal account via secure payment gateways and secure servers. We also offer the possibility of making payments by bank transfer when you contact us.

In either case, you will not share any financial information with ROCTAR.
